This is the MARK II anniversary series of Deadman Fuzz pedals. We make versions like this less than once a year. Only ten pedals made: five with holes and five without.

MONOCHROME NOIR

This limited version is painted in custom monochrome colors. Pattern flows smoothly from one pedal to another and is combined with all 10 pedals to form a single composition!

CLOSER TO LOW GAIN

Monochrome Noir has a softer, warmer sound with low gain character and slightly larger grain of distortion. It also has a larger dynamic and sensitive response.

CIRCUITRY FEATURES

Especially for Monochrome Noir we selected two new pairs of low gain ultra-rare transistors. This pedal has germanium pair of low gain NOS Amperex NYC 2N2430 (You won’t find these anywhere else!) and matched silicon pair of low gain unusual “large dot” EN1711 by Carter Semiconductor.

SAME ADVANTAGES

Monochrome Noir also has the same advantages as a regular Deadman.
In all Deadman Fuzz we designed our custom hybrid Germanium/Silicon schematic with using NOS audio component!
Carbon composition resistors, foil polyester film capacitors and two matched pair of vintage transistors gives a very authentic sound!
